Renowned as one of the world's great orchestras, the Australian Chamber Orchestra are receiving a new headquarters in Pier 2/3 of Sydney's Walsh Bay Arts Precinct. The $65M rejuvenation project, spearheaded by Create NSW and Infrastructure NSW will be home to an expansive group of iconic arts and cultural institutions. LX ART is proud to be working closely with ACO, Federal and State bodies to ensure the live performance lighting infrastructure is is befitting for a world class performance space housing one of the countries most prestigious arts companies.
As Peer Reviewers and Independent Consultants for ACO, our focus has been on ensuring cutting edge technologies and future proof designs are available to the orchestra so they may continue to pave the way in innovative performances and production in all of their new venues including the Auditorium, Rehearsal Room and Event Space.
This Project is ongoing and construction commenced in 2019. We look forward to sharing images of the final designs on project completion.
